Pradip Jaitly

Pradip Jaitly is a seasoned civil engineer with nearly 40 years of experience in construction and project management, having contributed to some of the Greater Toronto Area’s most notable development projects. Beyond his professional achievements, Pradip has made a significant impact as a mentor, guiding over 25 newcomers through the TRIEC Mentoring Partnership (TMP). His dedication to mentorship was recognized at the 2026 TMP Impact Awards, co-hosted by TD. In this feature, Pradip shares why he chose to embrace mentoring and the values that keep him committed to giving back to the community.

Indra Maharjan

Indra Maharjan brings over 35 years of experience in public works and infrastructure and now dedicates his expertise to helping newcomers to Canada succeed in meaningful careers. Through mentorship, he has guided more than 20 mentees, a commitment that earned him recognition at the 2026 TRIEC Mentoring Partnership (TMP) Impact Awards, co-hosted with TD. In addition to mentoring, Indra teaches architecture and engineering professionals at Humber College, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the Canadian workforce. He shares his motivation for mentoring as a way to give back and inspire the next generation of professionals.
