What is TRIEC Mentoring Partnership?
TMP is more than a mentorship program—it’s a catalyst for change. Designed to fast-track the career success of newcomers to Canada, TMP connects immigrant professionals with seasoned industry mentors. These connections empower mentees to thrive and contribute to building a diverse, innovative workforce that drives Canada’s economic growth.
Since its inception in 2014, and with over two decades of rich legacy, TMP has operated through a collaborative model. Employer partners provide mentors, while community organizations connect newcomer mentees, creating a powerful network of support. Together, we’ve transformed the professional trajectories of thousands of individuals.

How TMP Creates Win-Wins for Newcomers, Employers, and Mentors
For Newcomer Mentees:

- Professional development opportunities, including earning up to 18 PDU credits (for PMP, HRPA, or CPA members)
